Description: Tai Chi reduces stress by combining slow, graceful movements with deep breathing and mindfulness, calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety. Please join MHA on April 4 at 10AM at Newark Senior Center as Jessica Lewis, Founder of SCULPT YOUR LIFE, leads us in a sitting/standing training for all ages, as we join together for a mindful preparation for a peaceful spring holiday. We will enjoy conversation afterwards with a healthful make your own yogurt parfait and draw the lucky winner for our complimentary raffle prize.

2026 Funny Bone Comedy Night

Yoga, Yogurt & Acai

Description: All ages 12 and up, come join MHA on Saturday, November 8 at 10AM at Newark Senior Center for Yoga, Yogurt & Acai! Barbara McAnaney, Barbara’s Healing Touch, will offer us a mindfulness/chair yoga session followed by Lanice Wilson, owner of The Juice Joint 2.0 and founder of Delaware Urban Greens, who will share healthy eating knowledge and acai bowl samples. MHA will provide a complimentary make your own yogurt parfait plus free raffle ticket.
