Description: Join us for our annual E-Racing the Blues Walk for Mental Health! There will be snacks, prizes, a Zumba/Mindfulness warm-up, and more!
Cost: $30 per adult (includes t-shirt) and FREE for children under 12. *Note that pre-registration is required to guarantee an adult t-shirt.

Kickin' the Stigma Out of Mental Illness 2025
Date: Saturday, October 19th at 8:30 AM
Location: Big Oak County Park, 417 Big Oak Rd, Smyrna, DE 19977
Description: Join us for our 3rd Annual Kickin’ the Stigma Out of Mental Illness Kickball Tournament! There should be 9-12 participants per team and at least (3) females on a team. The Kickball Tournament proceeds go directly to the Mental Health Association of Delaware.
Cost: $25/person

2025 Funny Bone Comedy Night
Funny Bone has SOLD OUT. The theater is FULL so day of/at the door tickets are not available.

Blue Rocks Concession Stand
Calling volunteers!
We need help running the concession stand at the Blue Rocks Baseball game on 6/21/2025. We will need your help from 4 pm until the game is over. We need volunteers who are 16 or older, and can stay the whole time.

Dining to Donate is back - Dine to Make a Difference!
Date: Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 11 am until 8 pm.
Location: Applebee’s Grill & Bar, 1600 Rocky Run Parkway, Wilmington, DE 19803 (off 202)
Description: As part of May is Mental Health Month, we are dining for dollars again at Applebee’s off Rt. 202 in Wilmington, DE. Applebee’s will be donating 15% of all meals dine it or carry out back to MHA. Please try to support this event by picking up a meal or dining in on May 15 and show the attached voucher to your server. Every dollar counts!!
