Description: All ages 12 and up, come join MHA on Saturday, November 8 at 10AM at Newark Senior Center for Yoga, Yogurt & Acai!  Barbara McAnaney, Barbara’s Healing Touch, will offer us a mindfulness/chair yoga session followed by Lanice Wilson, owner of The Juice Joint 2.0 and founder of Delaware Urban Greens, who will share healthy eating knowledge and acai bowl samples.  MHA will provide a complimentary make your own yogurt parfait plus free raffle ticket.
